How do the classes take place?
A: All classes are conducted live on Zoom. After registration, you’ll receive a personal Zoom link and LMS login for your child.
What platform or materials will my child use?
A: We use a custom Learning Management System (LMS) where students can access homework, review lessons, and track progress. Teachers also use PDF books, interactive whiteboards, and audio/video materials.
Can I attend the class with my child?
A: Yes, parents are welcome to observe the classes, especially during the trial period. However, we encourage children to build independence and confidence over time.
What if my child is shy or doesn’t speak Arabic?
A: Our teachers are trained to handle different learning styles. We have experience teaching non-Arabic speakers and use English to support the child’s understanding.
How do you track the student's progress?
A: Teachers submit detailed lesson reports after each class, and you receive a monthly summary showing what your child has learned, strengths, and areas for improvement.
What if we need to pause or cancel classes?
A: You can pause or reschedule up to 20% of your sessions with advance notice. If you need to pause longer, contact support to discuss available options.
Are there male and female teachers?
A: Yes, we have both male and female certified Qur’an teachers. You can indicate your preference during registration, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
What if we don’t like the teacher after starting?
A: You can request a teacher change at any point. Just contact our support team, and we’ll review the case and arrange a suitable alternative, in shaa Allah.
